Nothing to like for me working at SHIVAM CONDEV PVT LTD..

The company totally based on Odia sentiment and the other are neglected whatever they do good or very good it doesn't matter..and the senior persons are very narrow minded they don't choose the person for promotion who is good in they only choose who can get attachment with them are benifited.. Especially two person I had meet at SHIVAM CONDEV namely Manoj behera and Kashi nath bharal they don't interfere in their specified work they only interfere with other department to get credit of the whole work done by engineer or any supervisor.. Where about fooding problem, the provided by the management team totally disgusting they think that all the juniors staff are animal not more than that .. whenever we complained they everytime said that if you can't work in such conditions then you can go.. Actually the project get delayed only due to mechanical section,the mechanical manager don't look after his work or machinary management he just seeking for junior staff importance and credit of the which he even don't know what is this..the engineer or supervisor who don't pay attention of him or his sentence they do mis behave and terminate them or give them leave forcefully without any reason.. And where about salary the management don't talk about increment of working person it doesn't mean increment don't done they only do encrement to that person who get more and more attachment without working properly Page will be get short if I totally explain the cooruption and mis leading of our senior I have met .. And for all the reasons I have resign from my post and have a hope that I will never join in said company..it need more corrections in management..
