They fired incapable teachers before new session...i think they could be utilised in lower grades

Salary is given in the first week of the month.

Dislikes

Students from this school abuse teachers badly& the management treats teachers as dirt..they remove their employee within an hour's time without looking into the matter.The Principal is some unscruplous man from UP..It is a corrupt organization.

Work Details

Time 8am to 6pm...duties are not fixed....lot of responsibilities are given to the teachers and salary is quite low.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Timing is appropriat. But even if their is no work they are making teachers seat for no reason. And for COVID -19 their are not having any specific facility for their employees.

Dislikes

Their is lot of politics and management does not give any proper answer for particular reason. Salary is alao very low as compare to now living Life . Growth is also very low. There is a bond of 1 year before which you can not leave that place and if u leave that place your salary would not be given to you in proper way. Also their is lot of issue regarding leave.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session . I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
