Work Life Balance is good as projects are less and there are too many people.

Top Management is clueless on how to scale the company further. Too complicated structure for a company with <100 Cr ARR. CEO is extremely arrogant and difficult to work with. Only good at selling fake policies and products. He wants to hire people from IIT / IIM to show he has made it in life but they have left or are planning to leave because of mediocre work and clueless leadership. None of the CXO / Managers are interested in its employee. They use and throw as per their wish even the ones who have been loyal to them for more than 4 years.
