1. Wonderful working culture which clearly signifies unity and diversity 2. Keeping merchant needs on top of the priority list but only for Mid-market accounts, however SMB merchants are struggling with tech and operational issues and I do not see any concrete step being taken by Shipbob. 3. My team is always ready to back me up, guide me, make me learn and learn from my experience. 4. Tools and resources are getting upgraded significantly to ease out the merchant needs. 5. 1. Working remotely requires extra efforts to maintain the pace of learning and growth 2. Despite lot of efforts, contributions and my involvement in various activities in addition to my regular responsibilities, my growth was overlooked and I had to open a dialogue with the management to convey the importance of my objectives. However, I am happy that our wonderful leadership has respected my career goals and feelings behind the same. 3. Working remotely has slowed down my professional development in comparison to my colleagues in United States. 4. I initially intended to stay with Shipbob for a minimum of five years. however, I need more support from the management to justify this intention of mine. 5. SMB segment has experienced a significant decrease in performance, compared to mid-market accounts, particularly when it comes to maximizing the use of innovative solutions. There are always ways to do things in a better way and when such feedbacks are shared they are considered and worked upon based upon business requirement and needs of-course putting the business acumen always to top.
