It's good only till understanding work process I. e. knowledge, once you had done with it without regret just move on for better opportunity/ to learn. No work recognition, salary won't give justice to work done. At least performance evaluation need to be done Work pressure isn't problem its challenge but mental u can't afford it much MOBILE phone NOT allowed, no facility to submit it at gate.
