They give chance to freshers .

Dislikes

There is no job security in this company. They can throw you out any time with 1 month of notice period even if it is written that notice period will be of 2 months. Management says that you will get the bonus after an year but they will not give you any thing like that. Appraisal is not a part of this company , they just give hope as a appraisal. Manegement of this company excellent, i like accommodation of this company, my company used all heavy quality machinaries like nedschroef machinaries which is comes from belzium , another plus point my company making automobiles parts like ritzel pinion, Guid rod etc, and my company send for training in belzium, that's totally excellent work environment.

Sometimes we have to work on off day if urgent project work, when machinaries in breakdown then we have to work 8 to12 hrs,

My work is too safe in environmental, my duties to control the shift schedules , products handover to next department for next process, tools planning and arrengement etc

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
