They make you work your daily work, once your work is done and you’ve closed a buyout bussiness (Which is crime) because you have to slog yourself in other departments too which I have not seen in May hotel/resort. Marriott needs to look into this matter because this regular practice at SHERATON GRAND CHENNAI RESORT & SPA. Second thing, THEY PAY VERY LESS SALARY COMPARETIVELY.

Extremely bais towards a particular group of people, highly communal, infra and work environment is pathetic, pathetic work culture , no work life balance , full turmoil no staffing, attrition rate is high, Marriott grants over time to associate level staff but management don't want to give over time , even in highly short staff, training, hygiene is a big joke here , everybody knows everything but it's a big drama that they play everyday to work and create stress baloon.
