In Sheraton the entire departments are very well in their work. Mainly the human resources department Is very friendly to the staffs. They are giving maximum effort to the company to provide enthusiastic work. They helping staffs very well.

Dislikes

There is no dislike about working at Sheraton grand Bangalore Whitefield hotel.

The job is very good. First it was bit struggled. The HR team given all formal training to work. I learnt everything ok job.

No never , I would rather sell chaat on streets

Extremely bais towards a particular group of people, highly communal, infra and work environment is pathetic, pathetic work culture , no work life balance , full turmoil no staffing, attrition rate is high, Marriott grants over time to associate level staff but management don't want to give over time , even in highly short staff, training, hygiene is a big joke here , everybody knows everything but it's a big drama that they play everyday to work and create stress baloon. Staff not even get offs properly people work here till they die for 14 to 15 hours....Read More
