Great diverse and respectful culture. Strong Global Brand value. Technology driven company. Excellent Netherlands leadership team.

Dislikes

Salary is not upto the market standards, and the variable component is a maze. Indian leaders sucks, no ethics, very stressful culture.

IT department is with mixed knowledge base. However some teams lack technical knowledge and to make the work done when it's interdependency amongst cross team it's difficult because team lacks in taking accountability rather than a ping pong work across team

Dislikes

Cross team collaboration attitude is missing. Some people staying long in Shell is knowledgeable, however project management and program management team lacks capability of how to plan, manage team, co ordination activities Everything runs on relationships, contacts and biasness

Work Details

Really hectic. You are pushed to work on which you are not accountable for and it's a culture of passing work to each other rather than actioning on it

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
