Great Brand name globally. Excellent company values, every employee will feel respected and equally treated, irrespective of their position. Technology driven. Lots of care towards employees. Work from home. Unlimited sick leaves.

No Job Security. Every year the company goes through a re-structure, and be ready to pack up at anytime. Less salary as compared to market standards and competitors. The overall compensation structure looks good, but the actual facts will be shocking. You will never get the variable (so called bonus), as the industry is going towards downward trend. India management is complete failure. No strategy, and very much miss-managed, and doesn't stands up to the company values and ethics. Most of the line managers are very much ill cultured. Lots of favoritism. No standard policies for employees in India locations. Medical Insurance support is just disaster, and very very expensive....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
