CEO is completely focused on generation of short term money doesn't care for Indian employees which is evident with past 2 year net salary decrease.

The leadership team keeps changing the org structure every 2 years without thinking about the impact of it on the staff. No vision at all. Technical folks are treated like second class people since it’s oil and gas company. The leadership team keeps changing and so does their goals. They force people to do unnecessary training’s and certifications which are of no use in real life.
