No casual leave, If any casual leave required you need to use earned leave) >2 decade old process and technology . >No adoption in morden trend platforms. If found anything legacy way of delivery. >You need to create a visibility within the company and market yourself you have such talent to use for company . >more project managers and very less tech people in every project. > many more.
