No dislikes as such but the company is growing and sometimes that makes the process and work a little chaotic but its part of the growth and company is committed to creating a structured path.

1. SRS has a great work culture with 9/80 schedule which provides us with an extra day off on alternating Friday's. 2. SRS provides us the platform to work on our skills and grow in the same with lots of learning opportunities. 3. People of SRS are very helpful and always prompt with the support. Leaders and Management are also approachable.

Dislikes

1. SRS has a bit strange Year-end review system because your line manager might not directly oversee the work you are doing and get inputs for your work from you or your project manager. This causes a lack of exposure to the work you do on a daily basis and might result in a blurry assessment of your work. 2. No shift allowances.

Likes

What i really like about working at shell is the flexibility it offers. The 9/80 schedule, where we get an additional Friday off every alternate week, is amazing and helps a lot with work-life balance. Plus, there are no strict rules about logging in or out at specific times - as long as the work gets done, we can manage our time the way it suits us best.
