The dynamism and the contradictory decisions that are taken frequently. The decisions change every second and you aren't really sure if you should continue to work on task at hand or wait for the decisions to change again

Work Details

There is absolutely no balance between work life and personal life. You're expected to work post work hours and you won't be paid for that. You'll have to work on holidays and you won't get compensated for that either. Pretty messed up work life.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
