It was a very good multi national cultural organization, was a great place to work till recent years.

Dislikes

In recent years, no job security at all. Good work, honest serving staff not valued at all. In fact, many staff who really worked very hard in the hospital during COVID pandemic were terminated afterwards and non performers were retained.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
