If you understand the process details you can earn well. Process is simple follow simple technique and that is the key to survive

I throughly enjoyed working here. I think we need to highlight right thing on the right time and only the key mantra to survive. You need to be proactive and need to be at the top of the work assigned to you.

Sometime it was compromised that we had to work on weekends but it was well compensated hence I think it's a fair bargain and people opted for it

The director itself is a very unethical person and the business practices are also unethical. They dont pay your incentives on time, on the wholea diagusting place to work.
