Quality culture and transparency... My boss also was very nice and supported a lot...

Increment criteria always change so I always suffer i.e. when I was officer and my performance was also well but the increment come based on post. Second time when I promoted then increment come based on junior level.

Working hours is more when I was worked and my family life disturb and can't attend my most family functions during my tenure of 5 years 2010 to 2015
