1. Appraisal based on recommendation not on performance. 2. Managers work better than CCTV (Always keeping watch on you) 3. School or College like Monitoring. 4. Poor Professional Attitude 5. Not a Like MNC at all.

Work Details

Initially (for almost 1 and half year) you will always feel excited about your work. But as you goes up learning and compare yourself with your friends, you will surely feel that you are very much behind them. Typical copy paste job.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
