I had a wonderful career growth in Sharp, enjoyed my work. Managers and colleagues are friendly .. there’s learning as well as far as my role is concerned.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
