Management is worst...No respect for senior employees...No employee friendly policy...earlier management was good.... Since new management under BNP Paribas group work culture has become worst...management believing in creating fear and pressing employees for selling. Motivational or participative management is not there...would not recommend this new sharekhan to anyone...

The company is great, but the people there are not very friendly.

I was a third-party vendor, and the staff played politics, which got me fired. They were quite rude. I gave the company a rating of 100 for its quality.

Eventhough, if you're not unable to complete the full target instead you completed 75% above you can be safe.

Toxic culture, favouritism and more over the managers are sitting beyond 15 yrs where they lack tech knowledge not willingness to change and lack of empathy and humanity.

Good place to work, good office culture, proper login and logout is provided.seniors are also friendly nature.

Work there around 3.5 years but still they never promoted to senior executive from executive. Salary ncrement is also quite low.

The problem is that, there is no scope for new people joining because they have limited set of client which are already mapped to there LOYAL EMPLOYEES (better understand the underlying sarcasm!!). So, new employee will struggle for at least 2 years. Not worth the harrasment.
