I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Upper management is bothered. They don't know what to do. Instead motivating upper management is just hampering, presurising employees for targets. So I don't recommend new people to join this organisation. After 2016 organization is just handed over from one hand to others.
