Hence, it was my contractual job so job security is upto the end date of Contract. Management is good.

The one thing I dislike about my work is that contractual staff didn't get any extra offs like CL, SL, HL etc...

Job experience is good but job security may needed to improve and also need cafeteria.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
