Likes

Working calture is good as well as staff is also very cooperative. Company policy is good & Well learning plateform in Automobile & Fabrication fields. They give good salary hike & Bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joining.

The job is quite interesting I got a change to to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
