Job Security is good compared to other companies or even other sectors. Life will be comfortable for bachelors as the company provides accomodation, travel, house help etc.

Work Environment is becoming poor due to nepotism and favouritism culture. Salary is poor compared to market. Growth is poor for even the GETs/PGMTs as the management doesn't give promotion timely. Most of the Engineers and Managers aren't good with Technical Skills which doesn't make the work interesting. Most of the task becomes mundane and non technical. The finance team outright cheats the suppliers. Being a Project Head, I had to face all the grievance of agitated suppliers furious as not being paid in time and not paid after goods/ service delivery. The finance team has no ethical work standard.
