This is very unethical organisation. It do not give my full and final salary payment even after 2 year. I file a legal case against shapoorji Pallonji through labour court. Totally a bad company. I think court need to put it's all owner in jail because he didn't gave employee salary even after switch off the job. Company is good but Only Internal Audit Department Head is Highly Micromanaging Cooking stories which does not exist and lying all the time and creating toxic work environment. Creating Mis understandings within the team members and with Auditees also. Threatening for job on daily basis. Highly unprofessional in conduct Targetting auditee whom dislikes. Job Security is good compared to other companies or even other sectors. Life will be comfortable for bachelors as the company provides accomodation, travel, house help etc.

Work Environment is becoming poor due to nepotism and favouritism culture. Salary is poor compared to market. Growth is poor for even the GETs/PGMTs as the management doesn't give promotion timely. Most of the Engineers and Managers aren't good with Technical Skills which doesn't make the work interesting. Most of the task becomes mundane and non technical.
