Extremely disappointed with the work environment at Shapoorji due to the Sales Head. Her unprofessional behavior, use of abusive language, and constant mistreatment of employees have led many talented individuals to leave the company. If the company genuinely wants to retain employees and avoid damaging its reputation in the market, management must address this issue immediately. I strongly suggest the company speak directly with current and ex-employees individually to understand her behavior. She's very bad, and her actions are tarnishing the company’s image. Avoid working under her leadership.
