It’s a Big Company with Stabilised Name plate, while corporate roles less in Oman region is big disadvantage to employees

Dislikes

Group Politics, Especially top level of Oman region is useless to company’s benefits while their only motto is to secure themselves by pulling down the line . This requires a restructuring of the region below VP level. Especially Planning And Operational Heads GMs are favouring groupists with racism is big disadvantage to the company and ruining the 150 yrs name of the group and 40 yrs individual regional progression spoiled in just last 4 years!
