Organization tried to retain junior level employees having lower salaries by reducing the salary of senior/ mid level employees from 10% to 25%. However, still some retrenchment are being done by staff reduction.

Dislikes

The recent termination of a numbers of mid level executives just for COVID-19 lockdown issue. This is not expected from a more than 150 years old construction giant. In addition to that, there is a huge salary difference between the old employees and the new joinees. The new joinees with same skillset/ qualification/ degree get higher pay scale. This demotivates the existing employees and the opt for a better opportunity.
