No skill development, some people who close to the boss got good incriment. Others got avarage increment every year what ever his/her efforts to the job. No recognition of good talent. No vission for future upgradation.

The job is quite interesting. I'm struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learned everything on the job.
