This is very unethical organisation. It do not give my full and final salary payment even after 2 year. I file a legal case against shapoorji Pallonji through labour court. Totally a bad company. I think court need to put it's all owner in jail because he didn't gave employee salary even after switch off the job. Company will provide more number of manpower than it actu required. Therefore less pressure on individual. You can avail leave easily.

Biggest dislike is salary is not on time. There is no fix time for salary credit. If you are having liabilities like loan, rent, and any other fixed expenditure on fixed date then please avoid joining

Her unprofessional behavior, use of abusive language, and constant mistreatment of employees have led many talented individuals to leave the company. She creates a toxic atmosphere and treats employees in a way that makes working there unbearable. Would not recommend anyone to work under her leadership. If the company genuinely wants to retain employees and avoid damaging its reputation in the market, management must address this issue immediately. I strongly suggest the company speak directly with current and ex-employees individually to understand her behavior. She's very bad, and her actions are tarnishing the company’s image. Avoid working under her leadership.
