Likes

It is a NABH accredited hospital and the quality maintenance is very good. One can learn many things to grow in career. There is freedom to work. Helping Associates and subordinates frame me to work with ease and develop as well as exhibit my skills. Team work is very much appreciable and there is an excellent Management Team.

Sometimes the work pressure is high which is part of my job profile.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
