I want share my shantha experiences with you, first of all Im very sincere to shantha biotech because you gave an opportunity to work with shantha family for 6 year's. Last six years I have enjoyed the work lot and I learned so many things and I have improved lot with quality systems..shantha is very sincere to produce quality products and no compromised. This is employees oriented company. All policies which were being to follows are good and suitable to all level employees. I never seened or heared thevcompany is won't compromised In any employee functions.
