It was like dream comes true for me,After too many hard work and holding a dreams to work in an international chain hotel, i was selected as a commi 1 without any refrence and trade test was awesome and joining date was 17 feb 2020 i joined this hotel, with the plans on my mind to get growth and suddnly due to covid and lockdown igot terminated with the letter in a hand and a thanks giving cheque ! Bye bye....now what? Still am jobless and doing catering on daily wages,it is very insulting, that the organisation has foreigner GM AND Highly qualified chefs.....literly no one calls us back and no one helps us to get the job. Dont knw what to do....nobody can understand how others are suffering and the burden they hold.....even dhaba workers get more respect and handsome salary ! Having 5 years 6 months of my expernce to cooking stands me no where but with the emptiness ! Chef forum needs to grow up....Read More

I'm complete my training in shangri-la hotel I like the staff behavior especially I love to work in Sorrento restaurant and banquet I love working there because I have learned a lot from there ..and the human resources department very supportive and cooperative suchita ma'am and nikhil Sir thank you so much ..and plzz give me chance to work again in this hotel as a employee 😊😊

I didn’t left my job I just messaged in my group that it’s my wedding I need more leaves nd I will join back to that that why shangrila had removed me from my work group this was shocking for me when I was messaged to my manager to join
