The HR of the company is very bad they didn't support the employee at all. They didn't reply to the employee queries or any things. All the higher authorities are very rude. The never support. The company always open there factory in rural area but working environment is great. Nice learning & training opportunity but career growth is poor for high ambition person. I & my team work hard but no travelling opportunity.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
