Likes

The company always open there factory in rural area but working environment is great. Nice learning & training opportunity but career growth is poor for high ambition person. I & my team work hard but no travelling opportunity.

Dislikes

There is no life & culture program. Salary is average & no career growth opportunity.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. On time salary. Luxury projects with rich specifications. Good interiors and landscape works. Associates with good consultants.

Directors are involved in each decision making process, no hierarchy is followed, even juniors can approach and complain about seniors, no job security and can be asked to leave immediately, no culture of incentive or bonus, mediclaim policy doesnot cover parents and is of 2.5 lakhs only, no term plan for employees, one of the director uses abusive language also and hardly respects anyone’s efforts....Read More
