1. HR is hopeless . She never ever think about people growth. Always negative and she doesn’t have the courtesy to accept others opinion. Rude behaviour to down the line people. Very less knowledge about her profile. 2. Policy is worst ever. They treat manager and above people like trainee. They need gate pass for everything like if u want to go out for tea or coffee. They don’t have cafeteria and also there is no place to sit during lunch hours. No medical policy for employees. Even they don’t have an ambulance for emergency. 3. Senior people will ask you the questions for which you are not responsible and it’s not ever your job. No SOP for and no work policy for any of the dept. Frequently changes in decisions. 4. It have great experience while working. Adopting new features or technology in production line. Project may be repetative but we make it by different methodologies to make our job ready just in time to achieve customer satisfaction with quality.

Me and my team mates join as a fresher in Shachi I have good work experience here. I have completed one year period as a trainee in the journey I have executed two dryer plant. No politics issues in the company but if we say as a financial angle the growth is very poor, not only for fresher's but also for the peoples who work for more than 3 years they also face financial problems.
