Me and my team mates join as a fresher in Shachi I have good work experience here. I have completed one year period as a trainee in the journey I have executed two dryer plant. No politics issues in the company but if we say as a financial angle the growth is very poor, not only for fresher's but also for the peoples who work for more than 3 years they also face financial problems. So much hidden cutting from salary. Work environment is healthy for office staff, but for site peoples there are so many unplanned visits observed and last minute rush were happened....Read More

It's good for beginners to work as there is so much to learn and company management gives opportunity to gloom. It was great time while working with SEPL family. Appraisals are fair and they gives good bonus (diwali bonus / management bonus) every year.

Hopeless Management.. no increment, no promotion since 4 year, Because of 2 highly insecure ladies in the company. Hopeless HR. Only interested in cutting employees salary. They even doesn't support in your good work. If we raised our problem to HR she only speaks nonsense.. it is shame that HR even pressurise employees to put fake and positive review.

1. HR is hopeless . She never ever think about people growth. Always negative and she doesn’t have the courtesy to accept others opinion. Rude behaviour to down the line people. Very less knowledge about her profile. 2. Policy is worst ever. They treat manager and above people like trainee. They need gate pass for everything like ifu want to go out for tea or coffee. They don’t have cafeteria and also there is no place to sit during lunch hours. No medical policy for employees. Even they don’t have an ambulance for emergency. 3. Senior people will ask you the questions for which you are not responsible and it’s not ever your job. No SOP for and no work policy for any of the dept. Frequently changes in decisions. 4. Some old members they are like Boss is always right will never ever support you . 5. Work environment is very worst and you will feel like you are in Hell. 6. Owner will ask you question like anything for which you are not responsible at all. Sometime very casual questions on your personal level which is very bad. 7.
