It was a great company and still, but I think in Middle East its work culture is compromised and needs great improvement. Comparing to many other companies its better but still comparing with many good other companies its average only. The big problem is its deviation from its work culture and ethics from its original company in Swiss and western countries.

Dislikes

Mostly it was a good company years back but in nutshell I can say the Middle East Management is poor, they deviated much far from the European standards. Politics, lack of educational/proper experience qualification of Management staffs, biased, lack of management skills, lack of technical skills, lack of changes happening in the world (most of the Managers are under qualified or not qualified at all).
