Job Description Back Office.
1. Overall responsible for Customer service cell.
2. Maintain confidentiality and transparency by observing code of conduct.
3. Prepare quotation to the client in consultation with LM.
4. To keep day to day working of sample receipt and relevant details.
5. To check the physical conditions of sample thoroughly before accepting the order.
6. Arrange to get BOSS-order registration in consultation with central financial team.
7. To Code or decode of the samples received along with TRF, before submitting to Laboratory.
8. Register the accepted samples in SLIM and afterwards take forward to laboratory with worksheet.
9. Intimate the order confirmation of registered sample to the client with reference to Job Number.
10. Track the sample analysis status with respect the committed Turn Around Time (TAT).
11. Convert draft report after signs/ approved by authorized personnel into a typed report using the appropriate certificate format.
12. Ensure that all reports are dispatched after completion and signing with the payment status.
13. Update client on outstanding if any before accepting their samples.
14. Wherever possible update Techniques of computer/ SLIM.
15. Arrange to get the Performa Invoice and final Invoice form Central Invoicing team as well as the verification from LM.
16. Adopt, always, a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.
