- Unable to differentiate between sincere employees. - More work is given if you meet your deadlines efficiently. - Lack of training on new projects which results in poor performance. - They don't consider the previous experience that you bring to the table and are treated as any fresher.

Nothing, the company runs as a factory with the contractual employees as labours who never becomes permanent even after working for 2 years , the management is worst they will bring in heavy workload and will ask its employees to work on un realistic targets moreover on weekends also, they micro manage everything. They have no policies or special allowance for contractual employees but will such the life out of them , moreover they will destroy your work life balance, they will call you or message you even at late night....Read More

Work life , there was only work no life , even on my short tenure of 3 months of contract I never got a weekend off, had to work every day. They asked us to work on our own laptops without providing us any system from office.

A good Company to boost your career if you are a fresher. There is a lot of learning experience and knowledge enhancement right at the start of your career

Lots of things actually. The HR policies are not clear If you are not FTE, they treat you like nothing. Management is not transparent My supervisor was extremely partial and biased. Don't think promotions are as per performance. Work culture is unsatisfactory as we devoted long working hours and sacrificed weekends just so the bosses could take the credit. No appreciation at all.

The company builds very high pressure on its employees in terms of work related targets, which hampers his/her work-life balance completely. You are required and expected to work overtime and over the weekends, with minimal to no recognition. The setup is such that the managers doesn't care about the quality of deliverables but the quantum is the only prime concern. The company is exploiting people in the name of work from home..Normal working hours of the company is 9 hrs but in order to meet SGA stringent targets you have to work 15 to 16 hrs a day..Although the company has weekends off but some people work 15-16 hrs in those days also..The company has poor work life balance and compared to other companies,the company does not pay much.. The company does not provide any incentive,paid leave and sick leave. There is no job security and they can remove anyone as per their wish.. No job security as the company terminates contract with 1 to 5 days notice period. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address employees issues. Career growth is slow.

The company will offer you higher packages and then cut a large chunk as retainer, which they'll never refund because their contract is such. The more you work the work they'll make you work. They want machines not human resource. Please don't join. They won't even issue you experience certificate.
