Appraisal time management will blame and provide less hike. So, request to check clent feedback and discuss in 1 to 1.

Blaming, without knowing anything manager will blame. I have faced and heard with other team mates. My case, i joined in the client work not assigned they have shared technology ppts for few days. I have recived a call from my manager simply he is asking u have recived escalation from the client.
