I'm still unclear about why Synapse terminated my employment. They claimed a false allegation that my previous company said I had an outstanding bond. I had already settled all dues and received an experience certificate from my previous company. (If had a bond in there how I get this experience certificate). What's more concerning is that Synapse never discussed this issue with me directly. The termination call lasted only 10 seconds, and I was not given a chance to share my side. I had declined two other job offers to join Synapse, now I loathe everything. Regardless of the reason, I feel that the company's actions have caused me significant distress and synapse has ruined my career. I hope that no one else has to go through a similar experience and they will be more transparent and responsible in their hiring and termination processes moving forward.
