Peers : Everyone is always ready to help. There's positive attitude among folks, motivate each other. Tech : Setu is using the latest tech to build all its products, focus on automating everything. You get to learn new things, do POCs and implement them. You will feel you are growing with daily work. Culture : Positive and really employee friendly. You can't be complacent and do the same work everyday, you have to grow by learning new stuff. So if staying in comfort zone is your thing then this may not be the place for you.
