What they can improve here is relieving some pressure off their employees, and offering refreshments like holidays, vacations, and outings. Honestly , sometimes the office hours feel too boring and monotonous! Even taking breakes is frowned upon when the workload is high.

Worked here as a Senior Sales Manager for a couple of years. I must say, I worked with one of the best and most productive teams of employees. Their manpower hiring is not just incredible for the higher ranks but also for the lower ranks including interns. My biggest problem with this company are the strict workplace rules and unfair HR policies. They really need to work on their HR Team if they want to retain their employees.
