I joined the organization as a BDE a year back. I had 2 years experience in the same profile before joining this company but I learned in-depth and key aspects of sector as well are my role too. Within a year, I now see myself as an well-experienced BDE with good know-how of compliances & related legality. The regular training sessions, support from seniors, and overall supportive environment helped me a lot in my improvement. Working at Setindiabiz has been a highly frustrating experience. The management is completely unresponsive when it comes to addressing employee concerns. Despite raising several issues, we rarely get any solutions or meaningful support. It's as if our problems don't matter to them at all.One of the most significant issues is the consistent delay in salary payments. It's incredibly demotivating to work hard and not receive your pay on time. This has become a recurring problem, and it's causing a lot of stress among the employees.Additionally, the company makes numerous fake commitments about incentives and provident funds. They promise attractive bonuses and benefits during the hiring process, but these promises are never fulfilled. The provident fund contributions are either delayed or not made at all, which is a serious breach of trust and legality.The overall work environment is toxic, with a lack of transparency and honesty from the management. Employees are left feeling undervalued and cheated. I would not recommend Setindiabiz to anyone looking for a stable and supportive workplace....Read More

Setindiabiz is the most challenging company I have ever worked in. Their services are highly technical and it's difficult to be productive if you don't have the basic understanding of commerce. But I must say the management is quite patient with new joinees and trains the staff from scratch. If you get a hang of their products, you would never want to leave this company. I think they have really good staff in their man corporate office but their regional offices lack both manpower and coordination. Regional managers can sometimes be aloof of what they're up to. Really need to build better teams at regional office locations.

The management can be impatient if you fail to perform for a long time. Stick to seniors, take thier advice, and you will be good to go. Senior employees are in fact the best assets this company has!
