This was my first ever company for this profile. I was hired in a team of 3 to 4 HR executives and faced a lot of challenges in adapting as the competition was high. But the seniors and the management were supportive. I learnt a lot of skills here which helped me ahead in my career. This is a great place to start if you’re new!

Dislikes

The roles and responsibilities in the HR department are few and restricted. The management can be a little too secretive and intransparent sometimes. Also, interaction between the management and employees are scarce. The work culture here could take some help!
