jod security should be their for compensation benfits, work culture should depend upon which field you are join plus good enviroment to work . management shoul go by their rules and decorm, company policies shoud be according to the law and and codes what worker should follow.

I hate behavoiur of subtness ,rudes,arrogant behaviour should not be tolerate in work place. The labour should get what company has promise.

I worked in private college also and goverment college. Their differnce was huge because private go by decorm and class is good facilities good. But goverment everthing was fine.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow and the work pressure is very high, some time i have to work 15 to 18 hrs straight in a day.

Eclerx is a good start up for a new fesher. the person get good exposure of working. The working environment is good.

Compensation is average but the growth is slow. There is no proper line up for trainings hence the Senior have to guide them which is very difficult, because we have to also perform our BAU at the same time and which hammper's our productivity at the end.

I am in a KYC process which is very complicated bcz we need to work with sales person and client directly in getting the documents. As the sales and client are not much familiar with the documents, so it becomes challenge for us to explain them.
