-work-life balance -wfh -exposure to latest cloud, data & devops technologies -free or reimbursed professional certificates for almost every technology -good desk setup including macbook, monitor, headset etc.etc. -internet reimbursement -frequent goodies -frequent parties -occasional outings

Dislikes

-annual hikes are meh -most of the clients are big in nature, not a fast-paced environment (for India office) -for India office, there are only 5-6 clients that you'll be working with (this has to do with the resource-crunch btw, Servian is hiring) -processes for almost everything -outcome of annual reviews could take upto 3 months

Servian is a great place to learn and build your profile as a consultant. Great for people from Data Engineering and DevOps skillset.

Dislikes

Probably not the best place if you're looking for long term. Acquired by Cognizant recently and attrition rate has increased.
