Ahhh, Coming to the straight forward answer, most probably you'll get this everywhere as long as you are working in a Start Up based company, which is "Project Switching". Here in "SentientGeeks" if there is an urgent delivery of a project, and it has some pending task remains ( only just because the junior dev could not finished ityet due to his lack of experience ) you may have to take the hot seat, and you'll be assigned to it for that day, and if you don't aware of their business logic you can have some understanding issue, and that time you may feel some pressure upon you. When we not do any work then they are encourage us and shows how to solve the problem. All members are helpful and most important things work culture its too great. I just join in few moths ago and I have no found any bad site of our company, seniors are so polite and helpful. Location is too good for work also HR department help us every time and guide us. So, nothing any point to dislike this company.
