If they is no client assigned to you there will be no proper practical training. And after 4 to 5 months they suddenly throw you to client where they expect top quality They can torture employees to any level for satisfaction of client

No work life balance, Poor IT and no proper infrastructure, No job security, Management has no interest in listening anyone's concern forget about doing anything about, Client can abuse you, No benefits, HR department exists on name sake no written policy on anything and everything keeps changing as per management will, Mgmt and HR takes offence on employees asking questions Mgmt keep saying there is fixed timings to login but you should extend every day...Read More
